Paramhansa Yogananda, 1893-1952, was the first yoga master of India to take up permanent residence in the West. Yogananda authored the Autobiography of a Yogi, the most-read spiritual masterpiece. The book has inspired and continues to inspire millions with a realization of their innate Divinity. He said on selfless service, “As you forget self in service to others, you will find that, without seeking it, your own cup of happiness will be full.” PYCT, Ahmedabad started service projects from  2015 for poor people with disabilities with the Blind People's Association and helped poor people with disabilities by providing support for Wheel Chairs, Tricycles, and Ration kits. PYCT also supports Cataract Surgeries and Keratoplasty.
